As a Marketing Coordinator at Muller Engineering Company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our proposals and marketing materials. The ideal candidate is at the early stages of their career, highly process-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure our proposals are polished, compelling, and align with our brand identity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and actively participate in proposal storyboard, kick-off, progress, and final review meetings.
• Ensure RFP compliance and effectively communicate all requirements to the pursuit team.
• Collaborate with team members (subconsultants and internal) to obtain needed information.
• Prepare engaging company profiles, project descriptions, and employee resumes.
• Work closely with our graphics staff to develop proposals and interview graphics that visually enhance our proposals.
• Ensure the completion of all proposal tasks to deliver high-quality responses to RFPs. Proofread proposal documents for grammar, readability, and completeness.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of marketing materials to effectively represent our company. 
• Maintain quality company data by following established CRM data maintenance processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English or similar course of study from an accredited college or university.
• 0-3 years of experience in communication strategies, writing, or creating proposals. RFP response experience highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong team orientation with exceptional collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills.
• Cosential CRM experience a plus

Salary range for this position is: $50,000/yr - $67,000/yr dependent on experience.
